Migration and persecution in the century of genocides

The 20th century was marked both by the implementation of systematic policies of discrimination and persecution and by an unprecedented intensification of migratory movements. The aim here is to consider the relationship between these two phenomena by examining the role of persecution in the construction of categories of migrants, the links between nationality policy and persecution by comparing migratory trajectories and persecution trajectories.
